Reviews and Ratings
I felt our stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. On the positive side, the room was spacious and well-equipped for my family, offering Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and plenty of storage space. However, there was a leak in the room leading to a sodden carpet, which was not ideal. The location had its perks with easy access to downtown SLO, though some maintenance issues like broken lounge chairs were noticeable. The service was friendly, but there were some hiccups with incorrect information provided. The dining experience, while offering continental options, could be improved. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room needed modernizing, was uncomfortably hot, and had a less-than-pleasant smell. There were maintenance issues like a broken safety bar that led to a fall. On the positive side, the room was clean, well-equipped, and somewhat comfortable. The soggy bed didn't do my back any favors, though. The location was convenient, but there were missed opportunities with service and dining options.
Although the rooms lacked a tub and the pool was closed, which made it hard to soothe our aches, the accommodations were spacious with essential amenities like a bathroom, mini fridge, and coffee maker. However, there were some unfinished details and issues, like an ineffective air conditioner placement and only two windows in the room.
